Join Battler Lounge, Colombo’s premier luxury tea lounge, and lead our Hot Kitchen and Pastry team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hot kitchen, pastry, and bakery operations.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
- Develop innovative dishes, desserts, and pastries.
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff.
- Control food costs, stock, and wastage.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant senior culinary experience.
- Strong expertise in hot kitchen and pastry.
- Leadership, creativity, and team-management skills.
- Culinary Arts or related qualifications are an advantage.
