Job Requirements
- Must have good years of experience as a chef in a restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Must have good knowledge of Tandoor and Awadhi cuisine.
- Must know how to prepare different types of Indian dishes, kebabs, tandoori items, curries, and breads.
- Must be able to manage the kitchen and guide other kitchen staff.
- Must maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Must ensure good taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Must manage food stock and reduce food wastage.
- Must be hardworking, responsible, and able to handle busy hours.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who can manage the kitchen independently and prepare delicious food while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
