Head Chef

We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Brack Burger in Gosforth. You’ll take charge of the day-to-day kitchen operation, lead and support the team, and make sure every service runs smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency; organising preparation and service; managing stock, ordering and waste; and keeping the kitchen clean, safe and compliant with food hygiene requirements. You’ll also train and develop the team, follow and improve kitchen procedures, and work closely with the management team to keep the kitchen running efficiently.

The right person will have experience leading a busy kitchen, strong organisational and communication skills, and a hands-on approach. You’ll be confident motivating a team, maintaining standards during busy services and creating a positive kitchen environment.

Pay: From £13.91 per hour
