What they need
We are looking for talented and passionate culinary professionals to join our team for an exciting Japanese Restaurant Concept.
Qualifications:
- With advanced culinary skills, and extensive background in Japanese cuisine including mastery of sushi preparation techniques and high-end kitchen operations.
- With formal culinary training and up-to-date Food Safety/HACCP certifications.
- Has strong communication skills, team mentorship, creativity and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing food cost controls, labor management, inventory systems and kitchen logistics.
Location: Willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon
Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Head Chef: 4 years (Required)
- Japanese cuisine: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certification (Required)
