Qualifications

✔ Minimum 5 years of culinary experience

✔ At least 2 years in a supervisory or Head Chef role

✔ Experience in high-volume canteen, catering and events operations

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

• Oversee daily kitchen operations
