📍 Location: Embuldeniya, Sri Lanka
We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to join our upcoming café.
Responsibilities
Develop a unique and modern café menu.
Create signature dishes and new food concepts.
Prepare standardized recipes and food costing.
Manage daily kitchen operations.
Maintain food quality, presentation and hygiene.
Manage kitchen stock, purchasing and wastage.
Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Assist with menu testing and pre-opening preparations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
Experience in café-style and Western cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food costing and kitchen management.
Creative mindset and leadership skills.
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
