Hall & Woodhouse (H&W) is a family‑owned Dorset brewer and hospitality business founded in 1777, operating over 150 high‑end pub restaurants and inns across the South of England. We blend traditional values with a progressive, inclusive culture—and we’re recruiting a Designate Head Chef to support several of our houses in the West Dorset area while you complete a structured development program that prepares you to take full responsibility for your own H&W kitchen. The timing of the program will depend on your rate of progress and a suitable House becoming available.
