SWOT Hospitality is seeking to recruit on behalf of the

OVEA Hotel in Paros.

Head Chef Season 2026 Job Brief and Purpose: We are currently looking for a passionate Head Chef.

As part of our team, your responsibility will be to ensure that our guests enjoy an outstanding culinary experience every day.

• Coaches and counsels team members to reflect the department's cooking standards and procedures
• Ensuring the correct set up, handover, and breakdown of the kitchen
• Accountable for short and long-term planning of the department's needs
• Comply with company, HACCP, and other legislative regulations
• Develops and recommends budgets, labor cost plans, and objectives and manages functions within those approved plans
• Able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
• Setting performance standards and monitoring performance
• Able to build a team that he/she will inspire daily
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are being met

Requirements

• Ability to work at a high level of performance
• Previous experience in 5-star luxury properties or international hotel brands
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Excellent English language skills
• Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate, and control
