Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

Marlowe’s are looking for a burger fanatic to lead our kitchen team in Tunbridge Wells.

As we continue to grow and open more kitchens across the South East, we’re looking for a passionate, hardworking and reliable Head Chef to take the lead at our Tunbridge Wells kitchen.

At Marlowe’s, we take real pride in what we do. Our beef is made to our own recipe by our trusted butcher, using only grass-fed, fully traceable beef, and we’re passionate about maintaining the quality of our food as we continue to grow.

The role

As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for leading the kitchen team, maintaining our food and hygiene standards, and ensuring our burgers and other dishes are prepared consistently to our specifications.

Previous grill experience and a background in kitchen management are preferred, but full training will be provided to the right person.

Salary: Dependent on experience
Start date: Immediate start available
