Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

You will be a "leader" and a lover of food with experience of cooking at a high level in a fast paced environment. Experience of managing a diverse team in terms of experience and skillset with an an ability to "grow your own timber" with the "know how" to develop and progress others. A proven rack record of managing compliance with HACCP, Health & Safety obligations and company policies. Proven business acumen with an ability to run a profitable kitchen and achieve agreed cost targets.

This position represents a great opportunity for the right individual to work with an experienced, proven and supportive management team in this 68 bedroom architecturally designed boutique Hotel, catering for a loyal Local, National and International clientele.

This is a hands on role.
