Head Chef/Kitchen Manager - DAY TIME ONLY

We are looking for a chef to join our small busy team in our Cafe at The Old Flight House, DAY TIME ONLY.

Our Cafe is an important part of our business serving good quality, freshly prepared lunches and afternoon teas. The Head Chef will be responsible for the kitchen, menus, ordering, planning & ensuring margins are strong.

We are open everyday 10am to 5pm and candidates should be able to work five days including some weekends.

We are located just outside Weston on the Green, Oxfordshire, OX25 3TJ so own transport is essential.
