Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Bakery & Pastry section.
• Prepare and oversee high-quality vegetarian bakery and pastry products.
• Develop and maintain recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Handle a variety of products including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items.
• Manage production planning, mise en place, and inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Train, guide, and supervise junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen and management team.
• Monitor quality and ensure all products meet the required standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef in Bakery & Pastry.
• Strong knowledge of bakery, pastry, desserts, and vegetarian preparations.
• Good understanding of production planning, costing, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Creative, organized, and quality-focused approach.

Salary: Up to ₹70,000 CTC
