POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver the Client Ranking Scorecard - our flagship performance product. Lead the shift from static reporting to AI-powered, predictive analytics. Govern quality assurance across human and AI-assisted agent interactions. Translate insights into compelling client narratives and ensure first-place rankings across strategic clients. Present performance insights with confidence to C-Suite and client stakeholders. Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-calibre insights and quality team. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Strategy, or related field (postgraduate advantageous). 8+ years' experience in collections strategy, BI, or operational analytics, with at least 3 years at senior management level. Proven track record presenting insights to executive and client audiences. Experience implementing AI/automation tools to optimise workforce efficiency. Strong command of campaign analytics, client ranking methodologies, and governance cadences. Apply now!
