Head: Commissions

We are looking for a Head Clerk to lead the Commissions Administration department function. Your responsibility is to ensure the accurate, timely and compliant processing, reconciliation and payment of commissions. The successful candidate will oversee operational controls, resolve complex commission related queries, support system enhancements and drive service excellence.

Your responsibilities will include

• Oversee end-to-end commission processing and payments.
• Manage commission calculations, reconciliations, adjustments, and exception reporting.
• Resolve complex commission-related queries and stakeholder issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and internal controls.
• Support system enhancements, UAT testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Commissions Administration team.
• Ensure compliance with commission policies, legislation, contractual agreements, and internal procedures.
• Monitor controls relating to commission calculation, approval, and payment processes.
• Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
