What they need
Lead content programming, curation, scheduling, and end-to-end content operations across all OTT platforms. Responsible for driving viewer engagement, content discoverability, release planning, platform merchandising, metadata quality and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage OTT content programming and release calendars
Oversee content operations, publishing, metadata, QC and rights tracking. - Drive homepage curation and audience engagement strategies
- Coordinate with product, tech, marketing and acquisition teams
- Analyze platform performance metrics and optimize programming decisions
- Lead regional content and micro-drama programming initiatives
- Manage and mentor content operations teams
Preferred Experience:
- Min 15 years in OTT, digital media or streaming operations
- Strong understanding of AVOD/SVOD OTT ecosystem
- Experience in regional entertainment/content platforms preferred
