Additionally, you'll provide support to the Restaurant Manager in overseeing key metrics such as COGS, labor, and operating expenses.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team
• Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, stock variances and wastage
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of food safety procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
