Head Cook – Grill Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Cook with a strong background on the grill to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned cook with at least two to three years of experience in a quality-driven, high-volume environment.

This position consists of five line shifts per week, with expo responsibilities as needed. It is an hourly role built around five 8-hour shifts, supporting a sustainable and structured approach to kitchen life while maintaining the standards our guests expect.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working the grill in an upscale or high-volume kitchen
• Strong understanding of temperature control, timing, and execution of steaks and proteins
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
• A one-team mentality—BOH & FOH, we succeed together
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and composure

Availability Requirements:

• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays (we are open 364 days a year)
• Schedule is five days per week with Wednesdays and Thursdays off
• Full availability outside of those days is required

Compensation:

• $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
• Our kitchen team may participate in gratuity distributions from large parties and events. These earnings can meaningfully boost hourly pay; amounts vary based on business levels and event volume. Typical earnings range from $1.94 to $5.42.
