Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Head Cook to join our team at Shard Villa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing nutritious, home-style meals and takes pride in contributing to the comfort and well-being of others.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and preparing daily meals for residents
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• Ordering food supplies and managing inventory
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Working collaboratively with care staff to support resident needs

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience (institutional or care-related experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
