HEAD COURIER

About the role

ABest Express Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Courier to oversee our courier services operations in Lipa City, Batangas. As the Head Courier, you will be responsible for managing a team of couriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be a key member of our growing logistics team.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and supervise a team of couriers, including scheduling, training, and performance management
2. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of packages by coordinating courier routes and activities
3. Monitor and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
4. Liaise with customers and handle any delivery-related inquiries or concerns
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to courier activities
6. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall courier service
8. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a courier or logistics management role
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Proficiency in logistics planning and route optimization
5. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the courier and logistics industry
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
