* Credit policy, underwriting & risk governance
* Handling multi-product MSME portfolio (secured/unsecured, LAP, working capital)
* Portfolio monitoring (NPA, PAR, delinquency)
* Regulatory adherence to Reserve Bank of India
* Leadership of regional credit teams
Preferred candidate profile
* 12 to 18+ years in MSME credit (NBFC/Banking)
* Experience across multiple financial products
* Strong leadership & risk assessment skills
