Head - Data Intelligence and Enterprise Integration

Role & responsibilities:

• Define and execute data strategy aligned to DaaS vision
• Build and scale data platforms
• Drive BI, analytics, and data adoption
• Implement API-first enterprise integration across systems
• Develop data products and reusable data services
• Lead vendor management including system integrators and partners
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing data and integration teams
• Drive strong people management practices including capability building, succession planning, and performance management
• Lead execution, stakeholder management, and change adoption

Preferred candidate profile:

Lead GMMCOs data, analytics, and integration agenda with a long-term vision of Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), while building strong foundations in the near term.
