Head Design & Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design team in developing data center infrastructure projects from conceptualization to commissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MEP engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop detailed designs for cooling systems, electrical equipment installations, and other critical components of data centers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE) and company policies throughout the design process.

Job Requirements :

• 17-24 years of experience in data center design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cooling systems, electrical equipment installation, and MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) design principles.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in design management tools such as AutoCAD or similar software.
