Head Development & Costumized Solution

Requirement

• 10+ years in banking/fintech software delivery, min. 5 years leading a department or multiple squads
  Deep functional knowledge of at least two of: Internet/Mobile Banking, Loan Origination (LOS), Collections & Recovery
• Familiar with core banking integration patterns (CBS, card switch, payment gateway, BI-FAST/RTGS/SKNBI, QRIS, e-KYC/Dukcapil, credit bureau/SLIK)
• Solution & enterprise architecture: microservices, API-JIrSt/KESI, event-driven, messagıng (kajka/kabbitmu
  Stack literacy sufficient to challenge design decisions: Java/Spring Boot, Flutter, Next.js/React, RDBMS (Oracle/PostgreSQL) + query tuning, containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD

Delivery & Management:

• Agile at scale (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban), release & change management, ITIL-based incident/problem management
• Budgeting: CAPEX/OPEX planning, TCO, business case & ROI, vendor contract negotiation
• Portfolio & resource management, capacity planning, outsourcing/managed-service governance
