Head E Commerce Business

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for e-commerce business, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Manage P&L (Profit & Loss) performance, ensuring profitability management and identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, manage product lifecycle, and optimize sales channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

• 10-30 years of experience in E-Commerce industry with a focus on digital sales, growth strategy, and profitability management.
• Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of PNL (Profit & Loss) management principles and ability to analyze financial data effectively.
• Experience leading high-performing teams across multiple functions including marketing, operations, logistics etc.
