Head E-Commerce

About the role

Lead and develop sales strategies across various e-commerce platforms. Responsible for sales targets, GMV, revenue, profit, and ROAS. Manage and optimize marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales strategy through various e-commerce platforms
• Manage sales targets, GMV, revenue, profit, and ROAS
• Manage and optimize marketplaces including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other platforms
• Develop promo, campaign, voucher, bundling, and marketplace program strategies
• Manage and optimize E-Commerce Ads and Performance Ads
• Analyze traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and product performance regularly
• Develop strategies to increase traffic and conversion
• Coordinate with Marketing, KOL, Live Streaming, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance teams
• Monitor prices, competitors, market trends, and marketplace developments
• Create reports and evaluate e-commerce performance periodically
• Lead, direct, and evaluate the e-commerce team

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce
• Experience as Lead/Supervisor/Manager is an advantage
• Understand marketplace systems and algorithms
• Master E-Commerce Ads and Performance Marketing
• Understand KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, CAC, and conversion rate
• Accustomed to working with targets and data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to lead and develop teams
• Creative, proactive, quick to adapt, and possess good communication skills
• Able to use Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
