Role Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce leader to drive growth across D2C and marketplace channels. The ideal candidate will have proven experience scaling physical product businesses to 10Cr+ annual sales on Shopify or Amazon/Flipkart. If youve successfully managed both, thats a strong advantage.
• This role is pivotal in shaping customer experience, optimizing operations, and owning the P&L for Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Strategy & Growth

• Own endtoend Ecommerce roadmap across D2C and marketplaces.
• Drive revenue growth through performance marketing, retention marketing, and customer lifecycle management.

Customer Experience (CX) & UI/UX

• Oversee website design, navigation, and conversion optimization.
• Ensure seamless customer journeys and high satisfaction scores.

Operations & Fulfillment

• Manage order fulfillment, 3PL partnerships, and logistics efficiency.
• Oversee inventory planning, reconciliations, and operational SLAs.

Financial & P&L Ownership

• Monitor sales, margins, and operating costs.
• Deliver profitability targets and ensure accurate reconciliations across channels.

Marketplace Management

• Scale Amazon/Flipkart business lines to 10Cr+ annual sales.
• Optimize listings, pricing, promotions, and marketplace advertising.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• Minimum 8-12 years in Ecommerce leadership roles.
• Proven track record of scaling D2C Shopify stores or Amazon/Flipkart businesses to 10Cr+ annual sales.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong grasp of UI/UX, CX, and digital operations.
• Expertise in performance marketing, retention marketing, and analytics.
• P&L management and financial acumen.
• Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and external partners.

Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
