What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Own electrical architecture, panels, power distribution, motors, drives, sensors, wiring, and safety circuits.
- Standardise designs, components, schematics, BOMs, and engineering release processes.
- Improve electrical safety, reliability, maintainability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Controls, Mechanical, Procurement, Quality, and Commissioning teams.
- Support FAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Experience & Qualifications
- 12 to 18+ years of electrical design experience with team leadership.
- Strong expertise in industrial automation, LV panels, VFD/servo drives, sensors, and safety circuits.
- Experience in design standardisation, component selection, and supplier management.
- Knowledge of CE, UL, IEC, or relevant standards is preferred.
Ideal Candidate A hands-on electrical engineering leader with strong decision-making, problem-solving, standardisation, cost optimisation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
