Responsibilities :

• Manage day to day engineering operations.
• Manage 6 engineering teams.
• Project vision and leadership.
• Manage hands-on technical escalations.
• Oversee infrastructure (reliability, uptime etc).
• Interface business teams in London.
• Drive quality, efficiency, technical excellence.

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have :

• Min 5 years of experience as a Node.JS, React.JS Software Engineer.
• Min 2 years of experience as a Software Engineering Team Leader.
• Min 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager .
• Experience in handling high-complexity SaaS products.
• Experience in managing teams with over 20 engineers.
• Strong architectural experience.
• Strong hands-on technical background.
• Started career as a software engineer.
• Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or relevant fields of study.
