Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead executive search assignments across various industries, including BFSI, consumer goods, healthcare, industrial equipment, and technology.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior leadership positions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment for key roles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in executive search or a related field (recruitment/staffing).
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
• Proven track record of successfully completing at least 3 end-to-end searches independently.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
