We are looking for an experienced Head Finance & Administration to lead the Finance, Accounts and Administration functions for a growing pharmaceutical/life sciences manufacturing organization.

The role will be responsible for financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, treasury, working capital, compliance, cost optimization, internal controls and overall administration, while partnering with senior management to drive profitability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance & Accounts, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial reporting.
• Drive business and financial analytics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking relationships and fundraising.
• Oversee costing, pricing, profitability analysis and cost optimization.
• Ensure statutory, taxation, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance and risk management.
• Lead Administration covering facilities, infrastructure, security, travel, housekeeping, utilities and vendor management.
• Manage administrative contracts, vendors and service providers.
• Support Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR and IT from a finance and governance perspective.
• Drive process improvement, ERP, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with the MD/COO and business leaders on strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead and develop Finance & Administration teams.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Administration, preferably in Pharmaceutical, API, Nutraceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Manufacturing.
• CA / ICWA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, profitability and business analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing finance and partnering with business leadership.
• Strong exposure to Administration / Facilities / Vendor Management is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Exposure to financial dashboards, automation, ERP implementation and digital transformation will be an added advantage.
