Head FP&A

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead the FP&A function and partner closely with senior business leaders. The role will have a strong focus on:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, business planning and long-range financial planning across South Asia.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and rolling forecast processes.
• Drive financial performance reviews, variance analysis and corrective action plans.
• Develop financial models for business planning, investments, strategic initiatives and scenario analysis.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital optimization.
• Drive initiatives to improve cash conversion, receivables, payables and inventory management.
• Partner with business leaders to drive revenue growth, profitability and margin improvement.
• Monitor operating costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvement.
• Lead preparation of MIS, dashboards, management reports and executive presentations.
• Provide financial insights, business intelligence and recommendations to the CFO and leadership team.
• Assess financial and commercial risks and establish appropriate mitigation plans.
• Partner with credit control teams to strengthen receivables and credit risk management.
• Provide FP&A oversight across multiple legal entities and joint ventures.
• Ensure consistency and standardization of planning, forecasting and reporting processes across entities.
• Work closely with Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Accounting and business teams to ensure financial accuracy and governance.
• Drive FP&A transformation, automation, process improvement and data analytics.
• Lead, mentor and develop the FP&A team.

Candidate Profile

• CA/MBA equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance or Strategic Finance.
• Strong experience in regional / multi-entity financial management.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities and joint ventures preferred.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance management.
• Hands-on experience in cash flow and working capital management.
• Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated ability to influence business decisions.
• Experience working with CFOs, CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong people leadership and team management experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
