Provide leadership and hands on support to the cultivation team across propagation, cultivation and harvest. Coordinate production plans, schedules and daily tasks to keep flower production healthy and on schedule. Coordinate and implement execution of all plant maintenance, fertigation programs, IPM, etc.

HIRING: EXPERIENCED CULTIVATION GROWERS

We’re looking for experienced commercial cannabis growers to join our cultivation team.

Compensation: $72,000–$84,000/year

Position: Full-time Cultivation Grower

Location: Desert operation — relocation required

We’re looking for people who understand commercial-scale cultivation and can consistently execute at a high level.

You should have hands-on experience with:

• Indoor commercial cultivation
• Plant health and canopy management
• Irrigation and feeding
• Environmental controls
• IPM and pest prevention
• Harvest preparation
• Maintaining quality and consistency at scale

This is not an entry-level position. We want experienced growers who take ownership, pay attention to details, and understand that consistency matters.
