Head Hostess

• Oversee and meticulously manage the guest seating arrangements, ensuring optimal table utilization and flow during service.
• Lead and train the hostess team, providing guidance on service standards, upselling techniques, and conflict resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a detailed and organized reservation system, accurately managing bookings, walk-ins, and special event reservations.

Desired Candidate Profile
