Head Hostess

We are looking for a confident, polished, and experienced Head Hostess to lead our front-of-house team and be one of the first points of contact for our guests.

The ideal candidate is naturally welcoming, well-presented, and able to manage a busy restaurant environment with professionalism and composure.

Experience in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or nightlife venues is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the hostess team, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and consistent guest experience from arrival through seating.
• Manage reservations, table allocations, guest flow, VIP arrivals, special occasions, and waiting lists while coordinating closely with the floor and management teams.
• Maintain a strong presence at the host stand and ensure the restaurant’s entrance and guest areas consistently reflect the venue’s service and presentation standards.
• Build positive relationships with regular and VIP guests while handling requests, concerns, and special arrangements professionally.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and service team on daily reservations, table availability, guest preferences, and operational requirements.
• Train, guide, and support hostess team members to ensure high standards of grooming, communication, and guest service.
• Monitor guest flow during peak periods and proactively coordinate with the floor team to maintain an efficient and seamless operation.
• Assist management with daily hostess reports, reservations, guest feedback, and other operational tasks when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Hostess, Senior Hostess, or similar supervisory role in an upscale restaurant, lounge, hotel, or nightlife venue.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the confidence to manage a hostess team.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a naturally warm, engaging, and professional personality.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation with a strong understanding of upscale hospitality standards.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and composed in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Experience handling VIP guests, reservations, and high-profile clientele is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems is an advantage.
• Fluency of the Russian language will be considered a plus.
