Head Housekeeper – Cleethorpes

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Head Housekeeper to manage a small cleaning team responsible for preparing our short-term rental / Airbnb properties in Cleethorpes.

Main responsibilities:

• managing the cleaning team and organising rotas,
• carrying out property inspections and quality checks,
• recruiting and training new team members,
• regular cleaning and completing changeovers,
• ensuring all properties are prepared to a high standard.

Requirements:

relevant experience, good organisational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, reliability, conversational English and your own transport.

Terms:

• self-employed position,
• £15/hour for team and property management – approximately 10–12 hours per week,
• additional £50 for each changeover personally completed,
• changeovers mainly take place between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm,
• opportunity for development and long-term cooperation.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
