Duties

• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure high-quality cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the execution of industrial, commercial, and hospitality cleaning tasks, including laundry services and custodial duties.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to foster a motivated and professional team environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning operations with a focus on sanitation management in industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong staff supervision skills with demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer service interactions.
• Extensive custodial experience including janitorial duties, laundry services, and hospitality housekeeping.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to develop and enforce cleaning & sanitation protocols that meet industry regulations.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
