You'll hire and train your team, set the standard for every room, keep supplies on track and jump in to clean whenever the day calls for it. WHO WE ARE

Hotel Indigo Harrisburg-Hershey is a 149-room boutique IHG hotel just minutes from Hershey, home to our Riverrun Social Lounge. We're managed by Areya Management, a Pennsylvania-based hospitality company running 15 hotels across Pennsylvania and Virginia under IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Best Western and Choice.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

◆ Interview, hire and onboard Room Attendants, Housepersons and Laundry Attendants

◆ Train and coach your team on cleaning procedures, safety and Hotel Indigo standards

◆ Inspect guest rooms and public areas every day and run the deep-cleaning schedule

◆ Clean rooms yourself whenever the day calls for it

◆ Build the schedule, assign rooms and lead the daily housekeeping line-up

◆ Manage linen, chemical and supply inventory, ordering and par levels

◆ Work with the front desk and maintenance to turn rooms fast, and handle guest requests and lost and found

YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU

◆ Have 2+ years of hotel housekeeping experience, including leading or supervising a team

◆ Have hired, trained or scheduled staff before

◆ Lead by example and never mind cleaning a room yourself

◆ Are organized and comfortable with scheduling, inventory and basic computer use

◆ Can work weekends and holidays as needed

◆ Bonus points: executive housekeeper experience, or bilingual (English/Spanish)
