Head Housekeeper/Supervisor

NOW HIRING: HEAD HOUSEKEEPER
GrandStay Hotel & Suites – Cambridge, MN

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Head Housekeeper to join our team and help lead our housekeeping department.

This is a hands-on leadership position. We need someone who isn’t afraid to jump in and clean rooms alongside the team, but who can also keep the department organized, maintain high standards, train employees, and make sure our guest rooms are ready to impress.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting the housekeeping team
• Cleaning guest rooms and assisting with daily room assignments
• Inspecting rooms to ensure cleanliness and brand standards
• Training and coaching housekeeping staff
• Keeping the department organized and on schedule
• Monitoring linens, guest supplies, and housekeeping inventory
• Communicating maintenance issues and room status with the front desk
• Helping manage laundry and public-area cleanliness when needed
• Maintaining consistent quality and accountability within the department
• Working closely with hotel management to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Positive, professional, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Experienced in housekeeping, hospitality, or a leadership role — hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred

Schedule & Availability:
This is a daytime position. Weekend availability is required, as weekends are some of our busiest days and an important part of this leadership role. Holiday availability and schedule flexibility are also expected based on hotel occupancy and business needs.
