Head Housekeeping Supervisor

We’re in search of a head housekeeper/supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include supervising employees, inspecting completed rooms, and managing linen and cleaning product inventory. Cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize bathrooms and restock toiletries and towels.
• Keep hallways, lobbies, and common areas clean.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and linens.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or damages.
• Work efficiently with the housekeeping team.
• Provide friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is necessary, along with supervisory experience.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow a cleaning schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
