Finesse Staffing is looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in HR operations, labour law compliance, legal matters, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, engagement, and retention.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
• Maintain HR policies, employee records, and documentation.
• Manage statutory compliance, including EPF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
• Coordinate with authorities and auditors for inspections and audits.
• Handle employment-related legal matters, notices, agreements, and documentation.
• Support performance management, training, and employee development.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive HR professional with strong knowledge of industrial HR practices, labour laws, statutory compliance, and employment-related legal matters.
