Position: Head of HR / Assistant Vice President

Location: Based Phuket, Bang-tao

We are seeking an experienced Head of HR / Assistant Vice President to lead the overall HR function for our fast-growing property development business in Phuket, covering residential condominium, villa and housing projects.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on HR leader with strong experience across both HRM and HRD, and the ability to build, improve, and scale HR systems to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth.
• Lead the overall HR function covering workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and organizational development.
• Build or improve HR policies, systems, processes, and structures to support a fast-growing organization.
• Lead manpower planning and workforce deployment across property projects and related business units.
• Strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, organizational culture, and succession planning.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, labor compliance, headcount management, and workforce data.
• Lead and develop the HR team to provide effective support across all business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 12–15 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to both HRM and HRD.
• Proven experience in a Head of HR, AVP, HR Director, or senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in real estate business.
• Experience supporting an organization with at least 200 employees.
• Proven experience in building, restructuring, or scaling HR functions.
• Experience in a Public Company Limited environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, business partnering, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to be based in Phuket and work two Saturdays per month.
