Working- 6 Days Working with 2nd & 4th Sat Off and 1st & 3rd Sat half day, Sunday Off.

Working Time- 10-7 PM

The Head HR Generalist is responsible for leading the entire HR function for the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, training & development, workforce planning, and HR operations.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, engineering, project management, and site-based positions.
• Develop manpower planning strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Build talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: MBA / MPM / MSW - HR

Experience

• 14-20 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure
