• Build strong performance management, appraisal, and retention frameworks.
• Drive HR policies, compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
• Develop leadership and succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with senior management to support business growth and organizational goals.
• Build a strong performance-driven and positive work culture.

Candidate Profile:

• 20+ years of proven HR experience, with significant leadership exposure.
• Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and people-management skills.
