We are looking for an experienced HR - Head to lead HR strategy and execution for a growing QSR business.

The role will focus on strengthening people practices, HR policies, employee engagement, statutory compliance, labour laws and workforce planning across India.

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 15-18 Years

Industry: QSR / Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations and people practices across the organization.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements across India.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, retention and people-centric initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR practices with operational and business requirements.
• Lead workforce planning and manpower requirements based on business growth and attrition.
• Drive strategic talent acquisition for corporate and QSR operations.
• Support audits, inspections and statutory compliance reviews.
• Use HR data and insights to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Coach HR teams and business managers on effective people-management practices.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-location or operationally intensive environment.
• Strong exposure to HR policy formulation and implementation.
• Experience in workforce/manpower planning and talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management and people-management skills.
• QSR / F&B / Retail experience will be an added advantage.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Immediate joiners / candidates serving notice period preferred.
