Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, agencies, etc.) to attract qualified talent.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with functional heads for subsequent rounds.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations, Onboarding & Administration

• Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires including documentation, orientation sessions, and system setup.
• Manage HR records, employee files, and HR database updates in compliance with internal policies.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements and HR-related communications.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan and execute employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and team-building events.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and work with management on action plans for improvement.
• Support internal communication initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives focused on employee well-being and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS, ATS tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
