• Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions and partner closely with business leaders on people-related matters. The role will involve HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and overall people management.

• Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.

• Partner with senior management and business heads on HR strategy and people-related matters.

• Lead recruitment activities across functions, including senior-level hiring.

• Manage onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

• Drive performance management and annual appraisal processes.

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and people analytics to management.

• Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and welfare initiatives.

• Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and full & final coordination.

• Work closely with leadership to identify workforce requirements and organisational development needs.

• Lead and mentor junior HR team members, where applicable.

• Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 7+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a Generalist/HR Operations role.

• Strong experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.

• Prior experience handling HR independently and partnering with senior stakeholders.

• Experience in BFSI / Financial Services / Capital Markets would be preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
