Job Summary

We are hiring experienced HR Head for our client organizations across Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai.

The HR Head is responsible for managing the overall human resources function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role focuses on building a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with the companys business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

* Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.

* Design and implement performance management and appraisal systems.

* Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.

* Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.

* Manage employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.

* Implement HR policies, SOPs, and HRMS processes.

* Partner with senior management on organizational development and manpower planning.

* Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports.
