Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Head Information Technology to lead our technology organization, drive strategic growth, and oversee the delivery of high-quality client solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET technology stack, extensive experience managing large engineering teams, and a proven track record of driving business growth through client engagement and solution-led selling.

This role requires a technology leader who can bridge business and technology, build strong client relationships, drive innovation, and contribute significantly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

• Define and execute the organization's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive technology modernization initiatives across enterprise and customer-facing platforms.
• Provide leadership in .NET-based application development, cloud transformation, architecture, and digital engineering.
• Ensure delivery excellence, scalability, security, and operational efficiency across technology functions.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor large, globally distributed technology teams, including Engineering Managers, Architects, Project Managers, and Delivery Leaders.
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Client Solutions & Delivery

• Engage with clients as a trusted technology advisor to understand business challenges and propose impactful solutions.
• Lead solution design, technology consulting, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure successful delivery of complex programs while maintaining quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Business Development & Growth

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
• Participate in client pitches, RFP responses, solution presentations, and executive stakeholder meetings.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Contribute to the organization's growth strategy, including new service offerings and market expansion.

Governance & Operational Excellence

• Establish technology governance frameworks and best practices.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and technology investments.
• Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and automation.
• Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to maintain a competitive advantage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 20+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with significant experience in senior leadership roles.
