HEAD INSTALLER / LEAD INSTALLER
Cabinetry & Door Installation – Hotel Project
📍 Davao City

Saza Corp. is looking for an experienced and dependable Head Installer / Lead Installer who will be assigned to our hotel project in Davao City.

The successful applicant will be a hands-on working lead who will personally perform cabinet and door installation while also supervising and guiding the installation team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personally perform installation of modular cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, doors, door jambs, panels, hardware, and related fit-out works
• Lead and supervise other installers during daily installation activities
• Assign work and installation priorities to the installation team
• Ensure all installations are properly aligned, leveled, secured, adjusted, and finished
• Read and understand shop drawings, elevations, dimensions, and installation details
• Verify actual site conditions before installation
• Coordinate with the Site Project Coordinator regarding room readiness, measurements, materials, and site concerns
• Check that correct cabinets, panels, hardware, accessories, and doors are installed in the correct rooms or areas
• Inspect workmanship and immediately correct installation errors
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation problems on site
• Monitor daily productivity and installation progress
• Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective materials immediately
• Supervise punch list and rectification works
• Ensure proper handling of cabinets, doors, hardware, tools, and equipment
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow project site safety requirements
• Help ensure daily and weekly installation targets are achieved

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cabinet, furniture, joinery, door, or interior fit-out installation
• Preferably with experience as a Lead Installer or Head Installer
• Must be highly skilled in actual cabinet and door installation
• Must know how to read shop drawings, elevations, dimensions, and installation details
• Must know proper leveling, alignment, fixing, adjustment, finishing, and hardware installation
• Must be skilled in using common installation tools and equipment
• Must be capable of identifying and solving installation problems on site
• Must be able to lead and work together with an installation team
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to work full-time at the project site in Davao City

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Hotel or condominium fit-out projects
• Modular kitchen and wardrobe installation
• Door and door jamb installation
• Managing or leading installation teams
• Punch listing and rectification works
• Davao-based applicants are preferred

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Project-Based / Full-Time Site Assignment
LOCATION: Davao City
SALARY: ₱20,000/month
