The Head Inventory Analyst leads and oversees the inventory function across all retail stores, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in day-to-day inventory operations. This role is primarily responsible for guiding, supervising, and supporting Store Inventory Analysts on their daily deliverables, monitoring stock levels, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting. The Head Inventory Analyst ensures inventory policies and processes are consistently applied to maintain operational excellence and minimize losses.
